Strength and Conditioning sessions

The main aim of the session is to enhance the movements performed when running. A typical session will last 45 minutes and will include flexibility, core training, functional strength training, including both the upper and lower body.

Strength and conditioning is like body maintenance with the overall objective of improving balance, allowing for more efficient movements which in turn can improve running performance.

Come along on Thursday’s to find out what it is all about. The session will take place at 7.45pm in the classroom at the Queen Elizabeth College Playing Fields, Abbey Road, Darlington, DL3 7AU.
